- We replaced the rubber membrane and put on the chimney plates for this project.
- We installed smart even ventilation and a lifetime pipe boot.
- We had to replace the roof decking due to delaminated plywood.
- We also replaced some of the rafters, something that we noticed needed to be done after we started working on this roof.
